Use Wind and Bless attacks against Corporobo MDL-DM (Light Blue).Mini-Boss battle against Corporobo MDL-DM (Light Blue) and three Corporobo MDL-WKR cognitions (Blue).Speak to the Corporobo and select “Sorry.” and “The chief director.” Then, choose to attack.Pick the right square room stationed by the Corporobo MDL-DM (Light Blue).
Head east and then, north to reach another circular area leading to the second square room. Use Fire or Wind Attacks against the Corporobo MDL-WKR (Blue) enemies. Use Electric and Nuke attacks against Corporobo MDL-AM (Red). Mini-boss battle against Corporobo MDL-AM (Red) and two Corporobo MDL-WKR cognitions (Blue). From the safe room, go north and continue west until you reach the first square room stationed by Corporobo MDL-AM cognition (Red). Go right and south first in order to unlock the second safe room. From the elevator, head north until you reach a circular area. Take the elevator leading to the Barracks. Go back to the previous elevator and watch a cutscene. Then, go east further leading you to a rank authentication door. Reach the nearby elevator and examine it. Return to the vent and follow its path leading to the next area. The hidden upper floor has a path leading to the first secret room holding the Red Will Seed. After grappling twice, you will be lead to a hidden upper floor. Before going through that vent, look for an upper ledge that can be grapple hooked. Continue moving through the circular pathway until you reach the next vent. Examine the Terminal Controls and you will obtain a map of the palace. This will lead you to the Terminal Controls. You will end up in a circular pathway and proceed further east. Jump over the right wall and squeeze your way through the vent. 
From the safe room, run towards the east hallway that leads to a blocked doorway. Go further and unlock the first safe room. From the lift, head west and enter the doorway. Then, proceed north to the lift and activate the switch to descend. After the battle, head to the east and open the first treasure chest. Use Fire or Wind Attacks against the Corporobo MDL-WKR enemies. Use Psy attacks and follow-up with either Fire or Wind Attacks to down the mini-boss. Mini-boss battle against Corporobo (Cognitive Sugimura) and two Corporobo MDL-WKR cognitions (Blue). Proceed through the last area where you left off which is the biometric doorway. Second Infiltration Phase Facility Passageway
